The YH-ZYD-R Double-stage vacuum Transformer Oil Regeneration Machine not only provides regular oil purification such as degassing, drying and particulate removal but also can remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products, and discoloration. How to do online parallel operation with the transformer without interrupting the power

 

The transformer shall run in electrification, and the insulating oil is filtered by vacuum Transformer oil purifier machine. The insulating oil is dehydrated and degassed, and the impurities are separated to improve the pressure grade of the insulating oil.

I. Working environmental requirements
1. Check whether there is leakage of insulating oil in the transformer.
2. Check whether the transformer’s breather valve is unimpeded.
3. Ambient environment≥20℃; Humidity≤50%.
4. The vacuum oil purifier machine runs well under the condition with complete parts and good functions.

II. Work steps
1. Qualified insulating oil is prepared as the backup in case of the oil deficiency in the supplementary operation process, so as to ensure the insulation oil level of the transformer is in the safe range. The spare oil quantity is not less than 10% according to the amount of oil stored in the transformer (for example, the amount of oil stored in 35KVA transformer is 3 cubic meters, and more than 0.3 cubic meters of qualified transformer oil shall be prepared).
2. An empty oil barrel needs to be prepared for the discharge of redundant oil.
3. The oil outlet of the oil purifier machine and the oil inlet of the oil pillow in top of the transformer should be connected correctly. When in good connection, the oil outlet valve of the oil purifier machine shall not be opened. (the oil outlet of the oil purifier and the oil outlet at the bottom of the transformer needn’t to be connected. The connection is conducted after the next step of work is completed).
4. The vacuum oil purifier machine is connected correctly to the power line, and the preliminary work for the oil purifier machine is completed. Execute strictly according to the operation manual of the oil purifier machine. The oil inlet hose of the oil purifier machine shall be connected to the spare oil bucket (the spare supplementary oil will be sucked firstly by the oil purifier machine after being started).
5. After the inspection of the vacuum oil purifier machine is completed, before the operation is finished, the oil purifier machine will be ready to start and check whether the phase sequence of the power supply is normal.
6. The vacuum pump of the oil purifier machine and the roots pump will be automatically started up to the predetermined range. When the vacuum degree reaches more than -0.08MP, the oil inlet valve is opened so that the spare oil connected by the oil inlet hose flows into the vacuum oil purifier machine. Then the oil outlet valve is opened to ensure that the oil can reach the oil conservator at the top of the transformer by connecting hose.
7. After the oil purifier machine is started: When the spare oil flows into the oil purifier machine, it is needed to observe the oil level of the vacuum separator carefully. When the oil level reaches the highest oil level (the time when the oil pump has not started automatically), it should be shut down immediately (using the emergency shutdown function of the oil purifier machine).
8. When the spare oil filling of the oil purifier machine is finished, the oil purifier machine shall stop and the oil outlet at the bottom of the transformer shall be connected.
9. The oil inlet hose of the oil purifier machine is connected to the oil outlet at the bottom of the transformer. Open the oil inlet valve of the oil purifier machine and start the oil purifier machine at the same time.
10. When the oil purifier machine begins to work, make the transformer work in electrification.
11. Notes during the operation:
① In the process of running in electrification, pay attention to the oil level of the transformer and the oil level of the vacuum oil purifier machine all the time.
② In the process of running, when it is found that the oil level of transformer is too low, the new oil is needed to be replenished immediately (the procedures of replenishing oil go as: press emergency button shut down oil purifier machine, turn off the oil inlet and outlet valve, disconnect the oil inlet hose, and suck new oil into the vacuum separator of the oil purifier machine, then conduct the startup sequence).
③ In the process of running, when it is found that the oil level of transformer is too high, the new oil is needed to be discharged immediately (the procedures of discharging oil go as: press emergency stop button to shut down oil purifier machine, turn off the oil inlet and outlet valve, disconnect the oil outlet hose, and put the excess oil in the prepared empty barrel, then conduct the startup sequence).
④ The key steps of on-line electrification treatment of insulation oil of the transformer by vacuum oil purifier machine is to control the oil level balance on both sides.

III. Shutdown requirements: In the case of running in electrification, after the filtration of insulation oil of the transformer is completed, the transformer needs to be shut down. Please choose the emergency shutdown procedure, and quickly turn off the oil inlet valve and the oil outlet valve to ensure the insulation oil level of the transformer is in the safe range.

IV. Special instructions: The above operation manual is a summary of the working experience of relevant staff. The actual operation process needs to be adjusted according to the on-site situation.

Note: This operation instruction should be adjusted according to the actual situation and the operator should have the sufficient professional knowledge and the operation experience. It is strictly prohibited to operate the equipment without the certification of the related skills. The best safety way is turning off the power of Transformer, then treatment it.
